Welcome to MyKart!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MyKart's Website and Mobile Applications. By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MyKart if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.


Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and all Agreements: 'Client', 'You' and 'Your' refers to you, the person accessing this platform and agreeing to the Company's terms and conditions. 'The Company', 'Ourselves', 'We', 'Our' and 'Us', refers to MyKart. 'Party', 'Parties', or 'Us', refers to both the Client and ourselves.


User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.


Purchases and Payments

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the platform.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.


Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or errors in your order.

We may also refuse or cancel an order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MyKart and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on MyKart. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:
• Republish material from MyKart
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from MyKart
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from MyKart
• Redistribute content from MyKart


Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform:
• For any unlawful purpose
• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, national, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the platform


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyKart, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this platform, whether such liability is under contract. MyKart, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this platform.


Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent MyKart from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.


Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
